What insurances to you accept?

We are currently accepting all major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, and TriCare.

Do you have a cancellation policy for appointments?

Yes, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. This gives us an opportunity to fill the spot. No-show appointments will incur a $35 fee.

How do I get to the clinic space?

Enter the 6th Avenue parking garage from the Park Avenue entrance. This will put you on the 3rd level of the garage. There is a sky bridge on the South side which will bring you directly to the front door of the clinic. You can also enter from ground level and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Day 1 will start with a conversation. Together, you and Dr. Aldrich will determine the likely cause of your pain and develop a plan to address this pain and get you back to feeling the way you want to feel. This plan may involve things like education, manual therapy, and exercises for home.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

For your first appointment, please bring your photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications and completed paperwork that you received prior to your appointment.

When can I make an appointment?

We have many appointment times to fit your schedule. We are open Monday through Friday and start seeing patients as early as 8 a.m. We can see patients over the lunch hour and have our last appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m though we may have more flexibility depending on your needs.
